Service
The Pluug MCP server provides informational listings of cannabis products and deals offered by licensed, legal-market dispensaries in the United States, for use by AI assistants to answer user questions. Pluug does not sell cannabis, does not process orders, and is not a party to any transaction between a user and a dispensary.
Eligibility
Cannabis information is intended for adults aged 21 or older, or registered medical patients, in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal. AI platforms integrating this server are responsible for applying their own age and regional policies.
Accuracy
Prices, discounts, availability and store hours are collected from dispensary menus and may change at any time. Listings are provided "as is" without warranty. Always confirm price and availability with the dispensary before purchasing.
Acceptable use
Access is limited to platforms holding a credential issued by Pluug. Credentials may not be shared. Bulk extraction, scraping, resale or redistribution of the data, and circumventing rate limits are prohibited. Pluug may suspend or revoke access at any time.
Intellectual property
The Pluug name, service and compiled data are the property of Pluug. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluug is not liable for any damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its data. Governing law: State of California, USA.
